泰山自小就在非洲的原始森林长大，一直在学习着猩猩的举动，内心也一直想要做个好猩猩。然而泰山的想法在人类进入非洲原始森林探险之后出现了重大的改变，泰山惊觉自己与人类长得十分相像，在内心充满挣扎之际，想要弄清自己到底是人类还是猩猩之时，有两件事让泰山变得左右为难。其中一件事是自己认为对探险对女儿有着一种十分特殊的感觉，而太山并不了解这种感觉是什么，另一方面是泰山发现了探险队中有一部分成员正在组织计划伤害一直生活在森林之中的猩猩族群，泰山也进入了两难的境地，毕竟自己一直在模仿猩猩，对猩猩也有着不同的情感。
